Darrick is a pleasure to work with and the way they can paint straight lines between colors is amazing! The one thing we really appreciated was that while they were at the house painting a bunch of accent walls – we asked if they could do a couple more – and they did not hesitate to stay until around 9:00 pm to get them done too. I give Preble Painting, LLC a solid 5 star. When deciding to paint our home, which we purchased 6 years ago, I did a lot of research on local painting companies. The home we now live in had bright yellow vinyl siding when we moved in. Painting vinyl siding can be difficult and bright yellow siding posed an even greater task. I chose Preble Painting after interviewing a few local painters. Preble was not the least expensive nor the most expensive, and the quote I was given was honored. Preble painting did an excellent job preparing the home for painting by paying close attention to all the details of cleaning, caulking and sanding. We hired Preble Painting 3-years ago to paint the outside of our house.  3-years later the paint still looks fresh and new.  They took the time with the details of our house, ensured it was properly prepped, paid attention to the detailed trim, even fixed some cosmetic issues at no charge.  The quality of their work and the quality of the paint, thickness of the paint, and durability of the paint is worth any extra money that they may charge.  While other paint companies use low paid summer workers and go for the low bid wins, their paint jobs are not the quality of Preble Painting.  Our house will probably still look good for another 10 years.  We definitely recommend Preble Painting.

Beautiful job. The crew was a little backed up in the fall so we had to wait a little longer than promised but once they arrived they were quick, clean, kind and clear-eyed. Price was reasonable too. Would definitely hire Preble Painting again.

I was super satisfied with Preble Painting. I had most of my interior painted. We had two painters working on the job, they were very detail oriented and very friendly. Each day they would completely cover all furniture and floors and at the end of each day they would mop up and clean thoroughly before leaving for the day. When the painters knew they would be done the next day they had us go throughout the house and mark with blue painters tape anything that needed touch up or missed. Their exact words were “be very very picky on anything and everything, we want you to be very happy”. We spent the evening looking throughout the house and only found a couple spots needing touch up. Overall this was an outstanding project and will use Preble again the next time I need painting done. I can confidently Highly recommend them.

These guys are very good at what they do. Ive delt with contractors and had bad experiences in the past. Its nice to have a smooth transaction. My walls needed some tlc and color as I am planning on selling soon. They worked around my tight schedule. Derrick and his crew are very good people and easy to work with. We hired Darrick and Jay two years ago, and will be using them again next month for more interior work. I didn’t hesitate to contact Darrick for this round. He and Jay not only changed the color of our main interior, but truly added value to our home. Jay was amazing when it came to small repairs…such detail work just made our home more finished. One of the aspects of our home that holds significant financial value is all of our custom cabinetry throughout the main floor; Jay’s lines were perfect!!! Our main floor is Benjamin Moore White Dove, and our open concept living area is Kendall Charcoal. One of the transition walls has bull-nosed edges, Jay’s line between these two colors is razor sharp! Needless to say, stellar communication, reliability, and clean-up were spot on! Can’t wait to have these guys back! They’re not the cheapest, but that’s a good thing when you’re trying to add actual value to your home.

First you should know that when you contract with Preble Painting you will have hired the most meticulous professional capable of restoring that forgotten appeal to your home.- We asked Darrick and company to paint our house, a cedar sided 1988 contemporary that probably saw one coat of stain… ever. Preble Painting did an excellent job updating my apartments appeal. Darrick brought back my place to looking modern but also restoring and maintaining the antique appeal. His eye for use of color in each room was spot on. Every room he painted the trim a different color and sometimes using three colors. His lines are straight which wasn’t easy with all the walls curving towards the ceilings. Darrick even refurbished my original hardwood floors. I did not think that was even an option as they were in such horrific shape. I was astonished when I saw the completed look.
